I was raised in Penna and still live about 1/2 hour from where I was born. I have always loved children and wanted to be a teacher or a children's book author/illustrator. Maybe the later now. I'm also thinking about cross stitch design. I love photography and photo editing-esp lots of nature shots. This blog banner and profile photo were designed by me using PSP7.

The yard late November
There's still leaves to be raked up! This in the front yard under the dogwood tree. It was about 60 today, so I raked up various piles around the yard. I can't pick them up, but raking them in nice piles isn't too bad (I make great piles of papers and books too!)
This is awesome grass. All those pretty fuzzy things are seeds and once they root, they are hard to dig up.
And my biggest surprise-Calendula (I think) still blooming! (It's in a black plastic pot with a black handle).
