I was raised in Penna and still live about 1/2 hour from where I was born. I have always loved children and wanted to be a teacher or a children's book author/illustrator. Maybe the later now. I'm also thinking about cross stitch design. I love photography and photo editing-esp lots of nature shots. This blog banner and profile photo were designed by me using PSP7.

Think mom is giddy over her pasta? Wake me up-there's a fork in my hand! I had Chicken Roma with spinach and of course roma tomatoes in a cheese sauce. It was good today for lunch too!
What wonderful pictures of you and your mom!! Yummm the food sure looks delish! I plan on meeting my mom for lunch one day soon, we try to go at least once a week but this week I've been too busy to go into town!
We make it at the hotel, but it does not look the same as yours. Ours if just ham, mushrooms and provolone cheese melted over a bonless chicken breast. It is one of the dishes I sell the most to my banquet customers. Just curious to see how others make it.

Dianne,
How was your chicken roma prepared?
