Do spiders build their webs the same place twice?

I was raised in Penna and still live about 1/2 hour from where I was born. I have always loved children and wanted to be a teacher or a children's book author/illustrator. Maybe the later now. Very pretty spiderweb collage thingie.
Yep, they will build in the same place twice or more times. We have some in our backyard that no matter how many times we tear down the web, they just spin a new one in the same place. Silly buggers.

they do here build their webs up and when they get knocked by me, oops, they just start spinning again.tough yorkshire spiders
