Another hot and muggy day

These photos were taken late yesterday. Most of the day today I wasn't feeling too great. The first photo is of my moonflower vines grown from seeds. You can see the very tall cardinal flower peeking in there. No moonflowers yet. Next are the pretty plants I bought at Walmart last week-the multi-colored nicotiana and the grass and coleus. They are sitting under a chestnut tree neat the road. I felt like it needed some color there.The final picture is again of our butterfly bush which has been my pride and joy this year. As you can see, the swallowtails love it! I've seen a dozen or so on at one time. They don't seem to mind the heat. I love watching my private butterfly show of these gorgeous creatures through the window there.
